How much crushed stone do you need?
Use about 4 in (10 cm) for a driveway base, 2–3 in (5–8 cm) for paths. For a paver base, most projects use a 4–6 in (10–15 cm) compacted layer.
Crushed stone runs around 1.6 t/m³ (about 1.35 tons per cubic yard). Because it compacts, order a little extra - compaction reduces the loose volume you started with.
